Whole Ownership is a deeded interest in a single residence, where one family retains a residence for their exclusive use. This is a natural choice for a full-time resident at One Steamboat Place, as well as families that visit frequently and are in need of that second or third home without any of the hassles associated with maintaining a holiday home. In addition, Whole Ownership allows for vacation rental of the residence, which can be facilitated through our luxury vacation lodging partner, Moving Mountains.
